ONLINE INFORMATION WARNING:
The Internet is a fabulous tool for gathering information. But what the Internet can NEVER do is interpret it.
Please use online property search tools with care: relying on property data alone, without the context that a professional can provide, will usually lead to incorrect and expensive mistakes. And, making decisions regarding the purchase or sale of your largest asset with online information alone can often lead to disastrous results. |

Maynard is a geographically small (5.3 sq. miles) town of 10,300 people. It is ethnically diverse with a history of industrial development. Over one million square feet of mill space was built by the Assabet Woolen Mill in the mid 1800's and was occupied as corporate headquarters by Digital Equipment Corporation.
Maynard's townspeople are close knit and caring and giving to their neighbors. Aesthetically, Maynard is both rural and suburban, with a well-defined commercial downtown, open space, condominiums and single family homes as well as multi-family homes utilized by the Woolen Mills.
Maynard is a full service community with full-time police and fire service, K-12 schools, curbside trash collection, water and sewer service to 95% of the town. Maynard is within driving distance to historical sights such as Concord, Sudbury and Lowell.
It is located in east central Massachusetts, bordered by Stow on the west and southwest, Acton on the north, Concord on the northeast, and Sudbury on the east and southeast. Maynard is located 20 miles south of Lowell, 22 miles northwest of Boston, 28 miles northeast of Worcester, and 198 miles from New York City.
