Our team knows that you have a choice in the selection of a professional to assist you in buying or selling, what for most, is your largest financial investment. In making that choice, we believe you should know what we’re all about.
We reject the traditional Sales approach to real estate where the goal of the salesperson is to sell you something. Rather, we practice a Consultative approach where we help you to analyze your needs and goals, and together, as a team, formulate a game plan to get you there with the greatest financial return and the least aggravation. As your consultants, we strive to provide you with unbiased, objective information along with the counsel to help you interpret that information to make your best decisions.
Because we do not cold call, knock on doors, mass mail to strangers, or do the other annoying things that many real estate salespeople do, we are able to give our attention and time to our clients before, during and after their transactions, providing extraordinary real estate service. In return, if we in fact provide this level of service, we ask only for our clients' heartfelt endorsement to their friends and loved ones who'd like the same level of quality.

Whatever your Real Estate need, our mission is to be your teammate until that need is met.
Meeting that need may not necessarily result in a transaction.
Our goal is NOT to capture a sale in the short term;
it is to build a relationship
and thus an advocate in the long term.

OUR POLICY TOWARD PUSHY, OBNOXIOUS SALES TACTICS
We don't practice them! If you've ever had experience with an overbearing salesperson, or had your privacy invaded, you may be hesitant to provide valid information about yourself when registering for a service, especially online.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our policy is to respect your privacy, proceed at your pace - not ours,
and contact you ONLY when you ask to be.
We are all too aware that the internet is full of people pitching great services, only to turn around and bug you incessantly once you provide your contact information. We understand the public's privacy concerns because we're online consumers too! So, if you're interested in one of our services, but hesitate to sign up for fear of being harassed, please let us know. We would be happy to put you in touch with one of our long-term clients who can vouch for the fact that we say what we do and do what we say.
All we ask from you is that you let us know WHAT services you want and WHEN you want them and that's EXACTLY what you'll get. By being truthful with us when registering for a service, you'll help us to understand your needs, timetable, and when we should follow up. Please don't waste your precious time and ours giving us phony or incomplete information; it will result in you being removed from the service and not receiving the materials you desire.
In other words, play straight with us, and we'll play straight with you.
We never rent, trade, or sell your postal or e-mail address or your phone numbers. Your contact information is NEVER made available to anyone - PERIOD. Your confidentiality is 100% guaranteed - You have our word on it.
