I feel it's time that the consumer is honestly informed about the real workings of real estate, where and how to spend their hard-earned money, and where not to waste their energy and time.
It is also time for consumers, as well as the real estate industry, to begin regarding (and compensating) agents as the true professional consultants they are, rather than as salespeople simply selling a product to generate a sales commission.
When all is said and done, my passion and overriding goal in writing this book, is to get the word out that in real estate -- as is true in other fiduciary fields such as finance and law -- experience, knowledge and expertise are not expensive… they are priceless.
